SAFE Schools Act Reintroduced with NGA Proposed Language
In advocacy news, proposed language from the National Glass Association was included in the SAFE Schools Act, H.R. 8506, which has now been introduced into the House of Representatives. H.R. 8506 establishes a grant program to improve school security, including securing glass in the building’s exterior through the installation of forced entry or bullet resistant glass.
