Dear ASA Members –  Wow! I’m excited about what a transforming future we have ahead of us, building clean technology manufacturing plants, renewable energy properties, grants for transportation infrastructure, and technical careers that will be developed and expanded by the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, which Congress approved, and President Biden signed into law last
