The American Subcontractor Association has supported and nurtured various peer groups such as contract studies, associate members, and c-suite leaders. In 2018, the Houston Chapter of ASA saw the need for and started a women’s peer group, “She Builds It.”  It began with six or seven women on a planning committee seeing the growth of
