Celebrating the Inaugural FASA Cares Women in Construction Grants

In recognition of Women in Construction Week, the Foundation of the American Subcontractors Association (FASA) is proud to award the first-ever FASA Cares Grants supporting programs that elevate and empower women in the construction industry. This year, four ASA chapters have been selected to receive funding for initiatives that provide mentorship, leadership development, networking, and career advancement opportunities for women in the trades.

Grant Recipients:

  • ASA San Antonio – Supporting a Women in Construction event focused on leadership development and networking opportunities for women in the local construction community.
  • ASA of Colorado – Funding programming designed to connect women in construction through mentorship and professional growth initiatives.
  • ASA of Southwest Florida – Supporting an event that brings together women across the industry to build community, share experiences, and strengthen career pathways.
  • ASA of New Mexico – Advancing a program that highlights women’s contributions to the industry while encouraging the next generation of women to pursue construction careers.

These grants reflect FASA’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the construction workforce and supporting initiatives that create opportunity across the industry.
