The monthly cost is determined by the demographics of your group. Rates will be discussed after underwriting.

How are rates determined?

Everyone interested in coverage filling out a Personal Health Questionnaire.

I'm a single family business, do I qualify?

Yes, even groups of 2 qualify.

Who's the carrier?

In a large pooled risk program, there is no one carrier. The program is administered by Find Health, and the TPA and Pharmacies are managed by Cigna.

Do I have to enroll all my employees?

Only the eligible employees interested in coverage.

How long do I have to qualify?

There is no "enrollment period", it's ongoing.

Do I have to have a business to qualify?

Yes, you must have an EIN.

What's the average increase?

Because of group pooling, 5% year to year.

Can I cover my family?

Yes, we offer employee, employee/spouse, employee/child and family.
